So now what?

You need to determine who is the best audience for your research. Whom do you need to tell this information to in order to MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Do you need to tell classmates?

The Yuma Community?

The Native Tribes in Arizona?

The farmers and agriculture workers?

The Arizona Government?

The National Government?

You need to find the right audience for what issue you are trying to solve!  For example, you wouldn't talk with the national government if you are trying to get recycling to happen at school. You would talk with classmates, your principle, or maybe the school board. You would talk to the people that can make an IMPACT!

TIP:

Knowing your audience is also important when working on your writing piece. You would write differently to your classmates than you would to the governer of Arizona.

In writing, audience is who you are writing for. If you know who you are writing for, you can make good decisions about what information to include, as well as your tone and language in conveying your ideas.
